Cyndy Violette
Cyndy Violette is born in 1959. She used to live in New York as a kid but moved to Las Vegas when she was only twelve years old. There was a lot of poker player going on in her family, which inspired and encouraged her to take up poker playing professionally. This seems to have been a good idea, because since 1984 she has competed in, and won, many poker contests and tournaments. After marrying her second husband she took a two year break from poker playing. Those two years made her realize how much she enjoyed the game and in the year of 2004 she won a World Series of Poker bracelet. That was in the seven-card stud high-low split tournament. She is a regular participant in the WSOP and she has won thousands and thousands from her poker playing. Considering that she used to work as a card dealer herself, that is quite something…
Now in 2008 her combined tournament winnings are over $1,200,000. Cyndy Violette is a team member of the Doyle’s Room online poker site. In other words she is one of the highrollers, and things will probably stay that way.
